     Ladies and Gentlemen,

     We are pleased in accordance with the IDSF Competition Rules to invite TWO Best Latin Formations from your nation to take part in the IDSF WORLD FORMATION LATIN CHAMPIONSHIP.

     Venue: This event will be organized by the Executive Board of DanceSport Federation of Russia, and will take place at the International Expo and Conventional Center "Crocus City" in Moscow on October 30, 2010.

     Rehearsals are: on October, 29th 2010 from 20.50 till 23.50, on October 30th, 2010 from 07.00 till 10.00. First round at 11.30. Semifinals at 15.00. Opening ceremony at 19.30. Finals at 21.20. These times are subject to change.      Expenses: In accordance with the IDSF Competition Rule 8.

No reimbursement of air/train tickets or bus transportation for formations.

Hotel accommodation: 10 double rooms with breakfast for 20 persons of each formation will be booked and paid by the Organizer for two nights only from October 29, 2010 till October 31, 2010. Formations may stay for additional nights at their own. Accompanying persons book and pay for Hotel accommodation at their own as well.

Hotel reservation: The official hotels are the Aquarium Hotel and the Planernoe Hotel. Teams and accompanying persons should make their hotel reservation until September 15, 2010 through the DSFR Official Travel Agent "Academservice". Travel Agent "Academservice" provides adjudicators, competitors and accompanying persons with TOURIST VOUCHER to be presented to the Russian Embassy or Consulate in your country in order to get Russian Entry Visa.

For issuing Russian entry visa each team must provide the organizers with the following information: name, date of birth, nationality, passport number and its validity and forward it until October 01, 2010 to the following e-mail: dorokhov@aha.ru and copy to roc@acase.ru. All visa expenses in Russian Embassy or Consulate in your country must be paid by competitors and accompanying persons respectively.

In case of later reservation the Organizer does not guarantee the same room rate and hotel.

For formations travelling by air or train the Organizer provides formations and their accompanying persons (no more than 3 persons) with bus transportation free of charge from airport or railway station to hotel/venue and back. Please make transportation reservation with Executive Board of Dance Sport Federation of Russia until October 1, 2010. In case of later reservation the Organizer does not guarantee transportation.

The attached entry form must be returned directly to the Organizer – Executive Board of Dance Sport Federation of Russia, by September 25, 2010.
